Thoughts...

1. Thoughts On Writing:  When I write, I write with passion and thought. Every time I write, it's usually about how my day went or what I feel at that moment. Although a lot of my family, friends, and teachers say that I write well, I've never gotten any awards when I was younger for writing. My blogs are usually on Myspace whenever I feel I have something that I need to share.
2. Thoughts On Reading: When I was younger, every summer my mom took my brother and I to trips to the library to borrow books. I loved to read, but as I've got older I've stopped reading. The last book I've read was "Faith of our Founding Fathers". My favorite novel would be "80 Days Around the World" but my favorite book as a child would be "Sam and the Firefly" by Dr. Seuss. 
3. Thoughts On Technology: My laptop is a Dell with Windows 2007 and includes Microsoft Office 2007. Even though I am not a gamer, I do go on social networking sites such as: Facebook, Myspace, Tumblr, Twitter, etc. In the past, I've had security issues with Facebook, but now I'm fine because the problem was solved. 
4. Thoughts On Learning: I best learn by listening and reading about a subject. If there is a how-to-video, I would chose that over textbooks. I do believe in projects and book reports because it gets my creative side out. Tests and Quizzes can be fun at times if you study, because if you study and do the work, tests and quizzes should be easy. 
5. Why do I want to take this course?: I want to take Honors British Literature, because I believe I work better by learning online. Even though this course is supposed to be hard, I'm willing to take that challenge.
